LAPROSCOPY: - 10/5 MM primary trocher insersion done. - 3 5mm secondary trocher insersion done under guidance of primary trocher. - Adhesion seen at omentum to ant.abdominal wall adhesiolysis done with scissor . - No fibroid, no endometriotic spot. - Uterus:Size:Normal;Appearance:Normal;Position:Mid Position - POD-Free - Right tube-Appearance:Normal;Fimbrial End:Normal - Right Salpingectomy Done. - Left tube- Size:Normal;Appearance:Normal;Fimbrial End:Normal - Right ovary-Size:Enlarge;Position:In Mid Line;Appearance:Congested - 12 X 9 X 8 cm Right Ovarian Cyst With 3 Twist Torsion Seen. - De Twisting Of Cyst Done Excison Of Cyst With Ovary Done. - Cyst Material Remove Through Suction. - Cyst Wall With Ovary Remove Through POD. - POD Repair Done With Vicryl No.1. - Cyst Wall Material Send For HPE. - Left ovary-Size:Normal;Position:Normal;Appearance:Normal Conclusion : Laproscopy : 12 X 9 X 8 cm Right Ovarian Cyst With 3 Twist Torsion Seen.Excision Of Cyst With Ovary Done & Send For HPE.Right Salpingectomy Done.
