Case description

This video shows the surgical strategy for the treatment of the ovarian endometriotic cyst in the context of infertility. Indeed, recent studies show that the surgical aggression of endometrioma is responsible for significant fall in the level of the antimullerian hormone (AMH) reflecting the oocyte capital of the patient. To minimize this risk the procedure will consist of:

- an opening of the cystic mass on its point of adhesion with the posterior face of the broad ligament (starting point of the cyst) - the non-use of electrical energy (mono or bipolar)

-a dissection step by step (millimeter) by traction and contertraction in the right plane of dissection in order to preserve the ovarian parenchyma.

In the case of a large cyst, a monofilament suture will allow the anatomical reconstitution of the ovary. This procedure is performed at the clinic the capital in Rabat Morocco (www.lacapitalemaroc.com)
