Case description
This video shows a laparoscopic surgery of 25* 22 cm ovarian teratoma cystectomy. The patient was 14 weeks pregnant. We inserted trocar at the subxiphoid with direct entry and accessory ports were inserted palmar site, right subcostal and upper part of umbilicus. We did suction about 2500cc fluid.
