A patient was 38 years old, G2P2, C/S 2 with history of sudden abdominal pain and swelling. The sonography reported a solid- cystic mass with septum with size 25*23 cm, without arterial flow By color Doppler. She underwent laparoscopic surgery and frozen section reported benign mature tratoma.
