Case description

A patient was 13-years old with history of abdominal pain and sudden swelling. Imaging show ed a 10*9 cm solid mass probably myoma or mullerian anomaly with a huge cystic mass and absent flow in Doppler sonography. Ca125 and Ca19-9 were increased. The patient was referred to laparoscopic surgery. We were done left salpingo-oopherectomy due to adnexal torsion .
