Case description

Laparoscopic management of a tubal ectopic pregnancy. After initial survey and evacuation of hemoperitoneum to improve exposure, the affected tube is identified and the mesosalpinx is controlled progressively to achieve secure haemostasis. A salpingectomy is then completed with careful preservation of the ovarian blood supply, the specimen is retrieved in an endobag, and final haemostasis is confirmed with irrigation and low-pressure recheck. This clip highlights a pragmatic sequence: clear the field early, control bleeding first, then proceed with definitive tubal removal.
