Surgical case description: a 55-year-old gentleman, presented with complaints of blood in stools for 2 months, generalized weakness, and weight loss, with a palpable hard mass in right hypochondrium. On evaluation diagnosis of Carcinoma of ascending colon was made. The patient underwent laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy with mesocolic excision by Prof. P.K. Reddy.
