Case description

Surgical video case: on doing total thyroidectomy, hypoparathyroidism, and injury to the recurrent laryngeal nerve are dangerous complications. Preservation of the blood supply intact to the parathyroid gland is mandatory. Also, awareness of the anomalies of the recurrent laryngeal nerve must be expected. But my questions here to the experts "Is it common to see the roots of the non-recurrent laryngeal nerve like in this video?".
