Patient underwent Right Radical Nephrectomy for Paraganglioma of right kidney.Now presented with recurrent Paraganglioma in the renal bed. Surgical resection remains the primary approach for management. Tumour resection with en bloc resection of IVC was performed with vascular reconstruction using a synthetic tubular graft. Aggressive surgical resection leads to favorable long-term survival.
