Case description

A 56 year old gentleman with complaints of recurrent upper abdominal pain since 1 year, was evaluated and diagnosed to have left diaphragmatic hernia causing organo-axial incomplete, recurrent gastric torsion . Laparoscopic mesh repair of left diaphragmatic hernia was performed. On follow up after 1 and 3 years patient is symptom free with no recurrence.
