Inappropriate use of Laser Treatment for Piles and Fistula can be Life-threatening Presented with severe Sepsis And High-grade fever and loss of faith that he can ever get cured of ailments. Detailed History BY Patient Below mention details are my medical history I was checking online for my Piles problem by submitted my query to online representative from company started calling and sending me messages for checkup free of cost with free transport taxi service after I met a doctor from Laser Company my surgery was fixed at a Laser company preferred HOSPITAL in Delhi :- 1st surgery for haemorrhoids and fissure has been done on 22-march-19. ** After 5 days heavy bleeding starts from operated area called that person who had arranged surgery but no response so I admitted in emergency to ****ani hospital Gurgaon on 28-march-19 in an emergency in dr. Did suturing of bleeding wound under spinal anesthesia. But bleeding starts again after 2 days Dr. did packing of wound bleeding stopped temporarily. Again after 3 days bleeding started. then dr. Referred me to previous laser company doctor this time company person took me to different hospital in Gurgaon not Delhi (where first laser surgery was performed). Laser Company Hospital:- I have been admitted to **** hospital Gurgaon in emergency. Examination done under anesthesia by dr from company for Laser Surgery for piles told me that there were clots in anal canal and rectum because of heavy blood but no active fresh bleeding seen up to anal canal. Next day they performed colonoscopy and found small healing ulcer near staple area. They started medicine for that after that bleeding had stopped but some liquid is continuously coming from that area. I have shown this problem to dr. But they keep changing my medication. ***** HOSPITAL:- then I got admitted to famous hospital gurgaon Under a different Surgeon for fistula in ANO , fistulectomy and sphincter repair has been done On 3-july-19. After 1 month dressing I did not feel well. Dr told my for another surgery. Another Surgery done by same doctor on 7-aug-19. even after 1 month dressing after surgery but still didn't feel well Then I contacted Dr Ashish Bhanot for treatment. MRI was performed was showing huge complex fistula in ano with abscess then staged surgery was performed and the patient recovered completely of illness.
