Case description

A 62-year-old male patient (BMI 30.0 kg/m2) with asymptomatic cecal cancer. CT revealed enlarged lymph nodes along ICA and liver metastasis in segment 5/6 (6 cm). The patient was scheduled for laparoscopic CME hemicolectomy (1st step) and subsequent liver resection (2nd step).
