Case description

36-year-old male patient with a large liver tumor in segments 6/7 compressing RHV. In preoperative CT highly suggestive of FNH or adenoma. Rapid tumor enlargement (6 cm to 13 cm within the last year), symptomatic (abdominal discomfort, abnormal liver function tests). The patient was scheduled for laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy.
