Case description

We present a case of a patient after laparoscopic sigmoidectomy (1 month ago) for colorectal cancer (T3N1c). Preoperative imaging confirmed large metastasis in posterior segments of the right lobe of the liver. PET-CT excluded extrahepatic lesions. The patient underwent laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy. Thanks to great anesthesia and outstanding CVP management Pringle maneuver was not needed and blood loss was minimal. The patient did very well and was discharged on 3 POD. Surgeon: Prof. Michał Pędziwiatr 2nd Department of General Surgery, Jagiellonian University Medical College, Kraków, Poland.
