Dr. O’Rourke masterfully demonstrates important tips and approaches to two common procedures. Left lateral sectionectomy (sg 2 & 3) differs from that of a left hemi-liver (sg 2,3,&4) Intraoperative mapping of the umbilical fissure and MHV are essential,.
