Case description

42 years, female presented with occasional pain and discomfort in upper abdomen - 1 year, severe episode of pain – 1 month, lump in epigastric region – 1 month with h/o loss of appetite and weakness – 6 months. She was investigated Contrast CT abdomen was suggestive of large left lobe mass of size 16 x 10 x 8 cm in size s/o Focal Nodular Hyperplasia. Serum CEA and Serum AFP - WNL. She underwent Laparoscopic Left Liver Resection. Histopathology was High grade Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.
