Case description
33 years male presented with acute right iliac fossa pain for 1 day with tenderness in Right iliac fossa. USG was suggestive of appendicular mass. Patient was planned for Laparoscopic evaluation which was suggestive of secondary omental torsion with Acute appendicitis. Patient underwent laparoscopic omental resection with appendectomy.
