Case description

38 year old women with history of recurrent upper abdominal pain with fever, chills and rigors. LFT was abnormal. USG and CECT showed shrunken left lobe of the liver (segment 3) with dilated intrahepatic ducts and stones consistent with Oriental Cholangio-hepatitis.
