Case description

77 year old- male, presented with abdominal pain in the right iliac fossa and constipation since three months. Colonoscopy shows large ulcerated mass, which observed irregular with some villi. The surgical specimen shows the extension from the terminal ileum to the ascending colon. The surgical report the surgeon found signs of perforation.
