Case description

In this case laparoscopy assisted right hemicolectomy is done for intussusception of ileum into the cecum secondary to a large submucosal lipoma at IC junction. We make a 5cms incision at the camera port site after mobilising the right colon and prefer to do anastomosis extracorporeally. It hardly adds to the morbidity and saves some time in our setting.
