24 years, male who had a BMI of 58 kg/m2 underwent laparoscopicsleeve gastrectomy 5 years back. He had lost 36 kg in 2 years post sleeve. He started to regain weight after 2 years and now presented with BMI of 56 kg/m2. Contrast study showed dilated body and antrum of stomach.
