Maxillary Sinus - Infraorbital Nerve
Case description
Inside the maxillary sinus, we are able to see the infraorbital nerve along the anterior wall. In this video, it is visualized through large meatotomy. The next step is endoscopic sinus surgery. Cutaneous sensation over the cheek surface is innervated by this particular nerve.
