The material presents endoscopic removing of polyps from the sinuses. The film was recorded during the "Course in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery", which took place on 13 - 14 November 2012 in Department of Otolaryngology of Medical University of Warsaw. The course was conducted by Dr. Jaroslaw Balcerzak, MD, who performs surgery.
