- Joseph Zacharias is a Consultant Cardio-Thoracic Surgeon working at the Lancashire Cardiac Centre in Blackpool and the Alexandra Hospital in Manchester. He has been a leader in introducing patient centred endoscopic minimal access procedures for patients needing both heart and lung surgery over the past 18 years.
