Ten year old boy presented with torsion of right testis. He underwent scrotal exploration, which showed 360 degree twist with discolouration of testis. Detorsion of testis with fixation of testis was performed. As these patients are likely to have bell clapper deformity as the predisposing factor, which is bilateral condition, it is important to explore and fix the opposite testis to prevent recurrence.
