This video illustrates the precision of robotic ureteral surgery. The minimally invasive procedure shows the surgeon removing the diseased segment of the ureter using a da Vinci Surgical Robot. Then a guide wire is passed cystoscopically in a retrograde fashion and guided into the proximal ureteral segment with robotic assistance (not shown). A left ureterolysis and robotic anastamosis of the ureter is then performed.
