Case description
This video shows a left-sided robotic pyeloplasty. Most of the dissection is performed laparoscopically, without robotic assistance. As in most cases of adult UPJ obstruction, a crossing vessel is found as the cause of obstruction in this video. This video demonstrates robotically assisted reconstruction using an interrupted suturing technique. The success rate is over 95%.
