This video shows how to remove a foreign body located on the segmental B8 bronchus on the right side for more than one year. The patient had recurrent infections. An Uniportal VATS approach was performed, vascular control of lower lobe, bronchotomy of B8 with removal of foreign body (chicken bone) and a bronchial reconstruction. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
