Uniportal VATS second carinal reconstruction for endobronchial carcinoid tumor. The tumor was removed by cutting the upper bronchus, left main bronchus and left lower lobe bronchus. No lung was removed. The 3 bronchi were reconnected by uniportal VATS. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
