Uniportal VATS second carinal reconstruction for endobronchial carcinoidtumor. The tumor was removed by cutting the upper bronchus, left main bronchus and left lower lobe bronchus. No lung was removed. The 3 bronchi were reconnected by uniportal VATS. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
