Redo surgery after two previous thoracotomies performed in other centers many years ago to perform left lower lobectomy due to bronchiectasis. Few years later the patient had recurrence in the lingula and another redo thoracotomy was performed to remove the damaged lingula. Now the rest of the upper lobe was damaged, with recurrent infections so an uniportal robotic approach was proposed by our team to remove the remaing part of upper lobe. The postoperative course of the patient was unevenful being discharged home on the 3rd postoperative day with no complications.
