In this video we show 2 different ways to perform uniportal robotic (URATS) anatomic segmentectomies: fully robotic with robotic staplers controlled by surgeon at console or hybrid, with an assist using thoracoscopic staplers through the incision. Both surgeries were unedited for early stage lungcancer. The postoperative course of the patients were uneventful.
