Case description
In this video we show a patient with a RUL big tumor invading the middle lobe, the SVC and the phrenic nerve. An uniportal VATS 4 cm incision was performed and a intrapericardic dissection, bilobectomy, lateral resection of SVC and proximal vascular control during the procedure.
The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful and he was discharged home on the 5th POD with no complications.
