Case description
This video shows a carcinoid tumor located in between the segments 4 and 5 (middle lobe) but involving also part of the segment 7 of right lower lobe. An uniportal VATS approach was done through a 3 cm incision and an anatomic segmentectomy of S7+S4-5 was performed. The postoperative course was uneventful.
