In this video we show a interesting case in where a lobectomy and thymomectomy with thymectomy was performed at the same time through a single subxiphoid incision. The patient presented a lung cancer on the right upper lobe and a 3cm thymoma on the mediastinum. The recovery of the patient was uneventful.
