Case description
In this video we show an uniportal VATS approach anatomic segmentectomy of the RUL for a small tumor located on the S2. The patient was managed with sedation, no tracheal intubation and no mechanical ventilation was used. The intercostal nerve and vagus nerve were blocked by using levobupivacaine. A anatomic segmentectomy S2 was performed.
The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
