In this video we show a challenging uniportal VATS lobectomy for a huge pulmonary sequestration, located in the right lower lobe with a dangerous thick abnormal artery coming from the abdominal aorta on the contralateral side. The mobilization of the lobe was very difficult due to the size of the mass (partial solid and partial with mucus). The meticulous dissection of this abnormal branch was mandatory in order to avoid a cathastrophic bleeding. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
