In this video we describe a non edited video of a complex right lower lobectomy performed during live surgery by using advanced instruemtation with the new harmonic shears. The patient was operated through a single incision and a right lower lobectomy was performed under spontaneus ventilation with no mechanical ventilation. The patient had calcified lymph nodes on the subcarinal space.
