In this video we show a left upper lobectomy performed by single port VATS in a non intubated patient. The surgery was performed with the spontaneous ventilation of the patient. The instruments used were: Uniportal Scanlan set (lymph node grasper, curved suction, gonzalez-rivas dissector, etc), echelon powerflex stapler, harmonic scalpel and vascular clips (click aV, Grena).
The postoperative course was uneventful and the patient was discharged on the second postoperative day with excellent recovery.
