Case description
Left paratracheal and subaortic lymph node dissection is a complex procedure and is usually performed by thoracotomy. However single port VATS high defition view and direct instrumentation allows a radical lymphadenectomy on the left paratracheal side. This video shows a complete lymph node dissection of this area.
