Case description
Uniportal VATS anatomic trisegmentectomy LUL (left upper lobe). The surgery time for anatomic resection was 31 minutes. The total surgical time including lymph node dissection, and upper lobe detachment (strong adhesions) was 50 minutes. The histology of the lesion was a Carcinoid tumor.
