This video presents Uniportal VATS resection of a complex mediastinal mass (cystic content). The mass was located between the vena cava and supraaortic trunks and had cystic content. Thymic horns were dissected to detach the lesion. The patient was discharged on the next postoperative day with no pain and no complications.
