Case description
Big lung cancer (adenocarcinoma) located at right upper lobe involving middle and segment 6 was evaluated for surgery. The patient was treated with induction chemotherapy and proposed for thoracoscopic surgery. Uniportal VATS right upper and middle lobectomy with superior segmentectomy of lower lobe was performed. The incision was enlarged at the end of surgery to remove a 10 cm size tumor. The postoperative course was uneventful and the patient was discharged with no complications.
