This video describes surgical case of 73 years old female with cancer of gastric fundus and cardia. We performed radical surgery. in this video we detailized lymphadenectomy especially the part of lymphnode dissection following splenic vessels with full visualization of splenic gate. We believe this surgical teqnique can be good alternative for splenectomy , routinely performed for proximal gastric cancer.
