Case description

Bulimia nervosa is characterised by recurrent episodes of binge eating and inappropriate compensatory behaviours, like vomitting, use of diet pills or excessive exercises. There is impaired self-evaluation influenced by body size and shape. Some antidepressants, especially fluoxetine can be helpful in treatment process.
