Case description

Youssef proposed that Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) might result in a minor "positional fault" to a joint causing restrictions in physiological movement (Tendonitis). The techniques have been created to overcome joint `tracking' problems or `positional faults joints with subtle biomechanical changes. Tendon glide exercises are a series of hand and wrist movements that improve the flow of the tendon through the carpal tunnel. Like any other part of the body, the chance of injury decreases when the area is stable and flexible due to a combination of exercise and stretching. But this happens in a different way, and a new way is to close the damaged finger little by little until it is completely closed, and we press on it again and again until the flexibility returns again to the tendon and regains its efficiency, and this can happen in one session and the improvement is at a rate ranging from 90% to 100%.
