Case description

Symptoms of testicular (TDS) syndrome include some (but not necessarily all) of these symptoms: testicular cancer, decreased spermatogenesis, hypospadias and undescended testis. The precursor of testicular cancer (germ cell neoplasia in situ) which is the most common cancer in young men, expresses embryonic markers, including OCT 4 and give rise to all types of non seminomas and seminomas. Poor semen quality may cause infertility and contribute to non- sustainable fertility rates and ageing populations in Europe, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, USA and many other industrialized countries.
