Case description

Histopathological examination in necrosis dominant cyst walls should be evaluated for a differential diagnosis with cyctic echinococcosis (CE). One possible explanation for necrosis as a histopathological finding in CE could be that it occurs as a natural course of its immunopathogenesis.
