Case description

Case report: 2 years of progressive unilateral nasal obstruction with facial fullness headache, increased nasal discharge. Normal olfactory function. Antrochoanal polyps (ACP) are solitary sinonasal polyps that arise within the maxillary sinus. They pass to the nasopharynx through the sinus ostium and posterior nasal cavity, enlarging both of them. They usually have a base of implantation within the maxillary sinus, this base should be removed in order to reduce recurrence rates.
