Case description

This is a demonstration of an endoscopic tympanoplasty for treating chronic mucosal (suppurative) otitis media during active phase. These patients tend to have chronic or recurrent otorrhea that is recalcitrant to medical treatment or relapsing after finishing their long term treatment. We usually achieve a dry and self cleaning ear after surgery.
