Case description
In this video, a sessile vocal cord polyp is seen involving the anterior segment of the right vocal cord. Severe supraglottic squeeze from compensatory effect to overcome mass in between true vocal core is seen clearly. Dramatic improvement of voice was achieved post-CO2 laser excision of the polyp. Limited voice address was advised.
